Overcoming by Praising
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bible Verses ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Psalm 34:1 I will bless Jehovah at all times; His praise
will continually be in my mouth.
42:11 Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you
disquieted within me? Hope in God; for I will yet praise
Him, The salvation of my countenance and my God.
1 Cor. 10:10 Neither murmur, just as some of them murmured
and perished by the destroyer.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Words of Ministry ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
God's children should open their mouths to praise Him, not
only when they are free from problems, hurts, wounds, or
difficulties, but even more when there are problems and
wounds. When one lifts up his head in these situations and
says, "Lord, I praise You," his eyes may be filled with
tears, but his mouth will be filled with praise. His heart
may be in pain, but his spirit will still praise. His spirit
will soar as high as his praise. He can ascend with his
praises. Those who murmur are foolish. The more they murmur,
the more they are buried under their murmurings. The more
they complain, the more they sink into their complaints. The
more they allow their problems to overtake them, the more
exhausted they become.
Many people...strive and struggle to get out of their
situations. Even though their circumstances and wounds try
to bury them, they try to get out by prayers. But there are
also times when prayer does not work. Nothing seems to be
able to deliver them until they praise. When you put
yourself in such an overcoming position, you immediately
transcend everything, and no problem will be able to bury
you. Sometimes you may feel that something is trying to run
you over. But as soon as you praise, you will come out of
your depression.

Prayer
Currently reading Lessons on Prayer by Witness Lee
The effectiveness of our prayer depends upon our understanding of the meaning of prayer itself. Many people think that it means coming before God to make supplication. Because we are in want and need material supply, or we are sick and need healing, or have other problems and need some solution, we go before God and ask Him tosupply our needs, heal our sicknesses, and solve our problems. Such a definition is not wrong, but it is too superficial and lacks both depth and accuracy.
In Lessons on Prayer Witness Lee first discusses the real meaning of prayer: Prayer is the mutual contact between man and God; prayer is man breathing God, obtaining God, and being obtained by God; and prayer isman cooperating and co-working with God, allowing God to express Himself and His desire through man, and thus accomplish His purpose. In the subsequent chapters, these principles are developed, expounded, and practically applied. May we all benefit from learning these lessons on prayer.

Luke 18:27
"But He said, The things that are impossible with men are possible with God."We cannot love. We cannot endure. We cannot be humble. We cannot be meek. Today God is enabling me to endure what I otherwise could not endure. He is enabling me to love what I otherwise could not love. He is enabling me to do what I otherwise could not do and to act the way which I otherwise could not act. Thank and praise Him!

Genesis 22 The Offering Up of Isaac
Issac, a type of Christ as the promised seed (Gal 3:16), was given to Abraham by God. Here God asked Abraham to give back to God what God had given him. This shows a basic principle in God’s economy: all that God has given us, even what He has wrought in us and through us, must eventually be offered back to Him, that we may live a life of faith, not holding on to anything, even to the things given by God, but relying only on Him. After Isaac was offered, he was returned to Abraham in resurrection and became a blessing. Likewise, after we have offered to God what we have received o f Him, He will return it to us in resurrection and it will become a blessing for the fulfillment of His purpose.

Having God’s Life and Shall Never Perish
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Bible Verses~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1Pet 1: 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus
Christ, who according to His great mercy has regenerated us
unto a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ
from the dead, 4 Unto an inheritance, incorruptible and
undefiled and unfading, kept in the heavens for you, 5 Who
are being guarded by the power of God through faith unto a
salvation ready to be revealed at the last time;
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Words of Ministry~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(Part 1 of 2)
God has regenerated us in our spirit. The element, the
substance, God used to regenerate us is His own life.
Furthermore, this regeneration with God's life was accomplished
by a Person, that is, by God's Spirit. As a result of this
regeneration, we have received God's eternal salvation and His
eternal life. In this sense we have already received God's
salvation. No one can deny that we have received God's
salvation in its first stage. We have received two things that
are eternal--eternal salvation and eternal life.
Because we have been regenerated and have received God's
eternal salvation and eternal life, we have become God's
children. As children of God, we shall never perish. This truth
should strengthen us and keep us from the erroneous teaching
that says if we sin after we have been saved, we shall perish.
That teaching is nonsensical and is absolutely not according to
the truth. Once we have received God's eternal salvation, we
are saved forever, for eternity. God's eternal salvation is not
dispensational; it is not temporary. Because it is an eternal
salvation, we shall never perish.
